There’ll Be A Rhyme
December 31, 2010There’ll be a moment
When hope gives place to despair
Nobody will help, nobody will care
There’ll be a moment
There’ll be no consent
About the most important issue
The necessity of natures rescue
There’ll be no consent
There’ll be a day
I’ll find out, that I was blind
Bearing guilt and shame in my mind
There’ll be a day
There’ll be a way
To live without destroying nature
Saving the world, the children’s future
There’ll be a way
There’ll be a time
Wise humans will raise to power
Climbing down from the ivory tower
There’ll be a time
There’ll be a rhyme
Telling people, what it means to feel
Teaching what is true, showing what is real
There’ll be a rhyme
There’ll be a reason
For hope in my heart, for a smile
For relaxing, sitting quiet for a while
There’ll be a reason
There’ll be a season
For understanding and tolerance
And for ending the evil disturbance
There’ll be a season
There’ll be a place
To seek refuge and recover
Be comforted by my wonderful lover
There’ll be a place
There’ll be a space
In my heart, clean and bright
Full of love, confidence and delight
There’ll be a space
